HARNETT COUNTY — The Cafe Risque in Harnett Countyserves up more than just food. The club features dancing women in bikinisand that upsets officials at the Heritage Bible College which is about amile from the cafe.
The owner of Cafe Risque, Jerry Sullivan, said the college officialsshould let him do as he pleased.
Although the women at Cafe Risque are partly clothed, Sullivan has filed afederal lawsuit challenging a Harnett County law that prohibits topless ornude dancing at his location.
