RALEIGH — Embattled Wake County Judge Susan Renfer will get another chance in front of the state Judicial Standards Commission.
The state Supreme Court sent Renfer's case back to the commission today. The high court said Renfer was not given the chance to defend herself during her first hearing, in which the commission recommended her removal from the bench.
Renfer's under investigation for several judicial violations.
