<b>RALEIGH</b> — Traffic on westbound I-40 was tied up at WadeAvenue for a while Friday, due to an accident that may have been caused bya highway sign crew.

A motorist called WRAL-TV5 to report via cellphone that a highway crewdropped a sign they were installing.  A car swerved to miss it andoverturned.

The Highway Patrol says the driver was hurt in the accident.
