LOUISBURG — Authorities in Franklin County sayseveral law enforcement agencies are gathered at the site of an apparentstandoff.
Sheriff's deputies say a man took his two children from a daycarecenter in Henderson and is holding them in Franklin County. The manreportedly does not have legal custody of the children.
Deputies say the man has threatened to kill the children.
