HENDERSON — A Henderson man is inthe Vance Countyjail, charged with abusing his 4-year-old stepson.
Ben White, 19, is accused of severely beating the boy.
D. A. Hedgepeth of the Henderson Police Department says the man wasdisciplining the child for spilling perfume.
The boy was treated for his injuries and released from the hospital.
