DURHAM — A 14-year-old boy has agreed to testifyagainst three other youths accused of a brutal attack on an 11-year-old.
In exchange, the 14-year-old will receive probation as punishmentfor his part in the alleged attack.
The four Durham teens who are accused reportedly punched, beat, kickedand sexually assaulted the 11-year-old for more than an hour. Some saidone of the attackers called friends on the phone to allow them to hear thevictim scream.
The dispute apparently started with a fight over a girl.
