RALEIGH — A Raleigh man already in jail on Peeping Tom charges may be linked to as many as 23 other peeping incidents around N.C. State University.
31-year-old Mark Graham was arrested Tuesday and charged with seven counts of secretly peering into a woman's room.
Police say he may be responsible for other incidents outside apartments on Clark Avenue, Horne Street, Bedford Avenue and Hillsborough Street.
