Moore County Attorney Vanishes Without A Trace
MOORE COUNTY, N.C. — The body of a man found in a Moore County barn last week has been identified as that of a prominent attorney who disappeared in April.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Chapel Hill identified the body, found last Thursday inside an old tobacco barn near Seven Lakes, as William Clarence Bost, 53.

The Moore County Sheriff's Office said Bost's death had been ruled a suicide.

Friends said Bost, who was a deacon at his church, stopped showing up for services and other scheduled events and had left his house without taking his cellular phone, wallet or any other personal items.
