CARY, N.C. — A juvenile court judge ruled there is enough evidence to charge a 15-year-old boy with second-degree murder.
Erica Hicks, 16, died in October after injecting a lethal dose of illegal drugs. Cary police say the teenage boy gave them to her.
Next week, the judge is expected to rule on whether the teen will be tried as an adult.
