DURHAM, N.C. — An attorney has released pictures taken the night a woman alleges she was raped by three members of the Duke University lacrosse team.
Kirk Osborn, who represents Reade Seligmann, said images from an ATM security camera show his client. He said those pictures were taken at 12:24 a.m. Osborn said the pictures, along with other evidence, prove Seligmann was not at the party when the accuser alleges the rape occurred.
Seligmann and Collin Finnerty are both charged with rape and kidnapping.
