FAYETTEVILLE — The staff at a Fayetteville group home is off the hook Thursday morning.
The
State Division of Facility Services
says no one there could have forseen a stabbing rampage by one of its residents.
Police say Bobby Bradshaw stabbed two people at the Arbor Road Group home Last Friday. They say he then stabbed two more at a nearby Exxon and Burger King.
The investigation has determined that Bradshaw, who has a history of mental illness, had taken his medication.
