RALEIGH — Facilitators will begin meeting with residents and a developer to discuss the development planned for the Oberlin area of Raleigh.
The meetings with residents and the developer will be either one-on-one discusions or take place in small groups. There will not be any large, public hearing-type meetings.
The deadline for working out a compromise is twoweeks from Tuesday.
A final vote on the project will take place on August 7.
