FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Authorities are investigating an accident in Fayetteville.
The accident happened shortly before 4 a.m. in the northbound lane of the All-American Freeway near the Cliffdale Road exit.
Officers say a vehicle driven by 46-year-old Robert Thomas Colbert hit a guardrail. He was ejected from the vehicle, and transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center with serious injuries.
There is no word on what caused the accident.
