Shot Fired In McDonald's Restaurant In Raleigh

RALEIGH, N.C. — Authorities say a single shot was fired at a McDonald's in Raleigh.

Police say the incident happened at about 11:30 a.m. at the restaurant at the intersection of Capital Boulevard and Calvary Drive.

According to police, a single shot was fired at the floor near the front entrance. The bullet hit the floor and a piece of tile from the floor hit a patron. The patron had minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

Officers are still searching for the person who fired the shot.

The restaurant was closed, and police were at the scene conducting an investigation.
