GOLDSBORO, N.C. — Police have arrested a man they believe is responsible for a fatal shooting in Goldsboro.
Goldsboro police say 25-year-old William Bandy Jr. shot Frederick Coleman in the head Wednesday while he was sitting in a car at an intersection. Coleman later died at the hospital.
On Thursday, Bandy was arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
Bandy is currently in jail without bond.
