RALEIGH, N.C. — A county-owned parking lot in downtown Raleigh will get a new look.
Wake commissioners are moving forward with a public private partnership at the corner of Davie and McDowell streets.
A new deck will be built to replace the parking garage that will be lost to accommodate a new courthouse.
The deck will include condos and more than 8,000 square feet of retail space.
