Global Knowledge
has wrapped up its acquisition of Azlan Training for undisclosed terms.
The deal makes Global Knowledge the largest information technology training provider in Europe, according to the Cary-based firm.
The combined operation will offer services in 12 countries and produce revenues of some $100 million annually, Global Knowledge added.
