Fire Damages Darryl's Restaurant In Raleigh

Posted Updated

RALEIGH — Darryl's Restaurant on Glenwood Avenue will not be serving any meals for the next couple of days.

Fire officials say the fire appears to have started in a storage room in the back of the restaurant. Everyone got out safely, but the restaurant had to close its doors at least for Tuesday.

The restaurant owner says the restaurant loss will be about $10,000 in sales for Tuesday night. He hopes to have the restaurant back open in the next day or two.
