RALEIGH, N.C. — A driver is charged with driving while intoxicated after an early-morning accident.
The accident happened around 12:30 a.m. on Landmark Drive near Lake Boone Trail.
A sport utility vehicle hit a ditch and some trees before flipping over.
The driver, who has not yet been identified, was not injured.
