ROCKY MOUNT (AP) — A teen-ager already charged with the shooting death of a woman during the weekend was charged this week in a July carjacking and beating.
Seventeen-year-old Detrius Antwon Davis was being held without bail in the shooting death of 26-year-old Karen Paige Williams.
Davis also is charged with assault and carjacking in a July 14 incident in which a man and his girlfriend were attacked while sitting on the hood of their car.
Both attacks occurred at City Lake in Rocky Mount.
A 15-year-old also is charged in the shooting death.
