Law enforcement officers searched on the ground Friday evening while theState Highway Patrolhelicopter searched in the air.

"There are two theories. One, they are laying down in the grass, or they have been able to leave the area. In that case, we will spread out and go from there," says Sgt. Glen Boyd of the Oxford Police Department.

Anyone with any information about the case is asked to contact the Oxford Police Department at919-693-3161.
