Water Flows Again in Elm City

After days with little or no water in their taps, 1,700 people in Elm City are finally able to wash dishes and flush their toilets.

A pump that was damaged last week was finally replaced Monday afternoon, but it will take a few days before full water pressure is restored.

As a result of the incident, residents and town representatives have decided to form an Emergency Committee that will deliver water to the elderly and distribute boil order notices.
