JOHNSTON COUNTY, N.C. — A former high school band volunteer faces more sex charges.
Brian Lowry, 31, is now accused of taking indecent liberties with a minor and a statutory sexual offense. He is already accused of statutory rape.
The charges stem from incidents in November and December 2004 that involved a 15-year-old.
Lowry worked at West Johnston High School until the end of that year.
