DURHAM, N.C. — Police recently discovered drugs and a stolen gun at a Durham day care while children were present.
Officers were called out to a disturbance at a house on Cammie Stree, which also serves as Rising Shining Home Care.
Investigators found a stolen .9 mm. handgun under a bed and cocaine in a closet. Police charged one man, and more charges are pending against the day-care operator.
