Durham Police Officer D. M. Gooch was riding a bicycle when she was struck by a car Friday.
Gooch was riding down West Main Street when 65-year-old Howard McLeod hit her with his car. he is charged with driving while impaired.
Gooch was treated for minor injuries and is in good condition
