An 18-year-old has been extradited from Alaska, and charged with setting fire to two school buses at Hefner Elementary School.
Hamilton Cooper was staying with family in Alaska when law enforcement caught up with him.
Two other teens have already been charged in the vandalism, and there may be one more arrest, according to sources at the Cumberland County Sheriff's Department
