DURHAM — February 25, 1996, 11:45 p.m.Seventeen-year-old Josh Canterbury is home tonight a week after being hospitalized for what is often a deadly form of meningitis.
Canterbury got sick last Friday night, but because of his quick diagnosis, doctors at Duke Medical Center in Durham were able to treat him with antibiotics.
He was released from the hospital on Sunday.
