CHAPEL HILL — There are still no arrests in Thursday night's melee after Carolina's win over Duke.
Chapel Hill Police Chief Gregg Jervies says the crowd got out of hand, but he does not expect any major policy changes.

There is no word on whether investigators will use video of the incident to make arrests.
