RALEIGH — As part of construction on the Northern Wake Expressway, a lane will be reduced on Gresham Lake Road on Saturday.
The North Carolina Department of Transportation says the lane closing will be temporary. It is needed to allow a temporary roadway to be built next to the existing lanes while Gresham Lake Bridge is under construction.
The lane reduction will be between Harps Mill Rd and Capital Blvd., weather permitting.
On Sunday, traffic will be shifted to the new roadway.
