RALEIGH — Road improvements may tie up traffic on the Raleigh beltline this weekend.
TheNorth Carolina Department of Transportationis closing two lanes of the I-440 Inner Beltline starting at 8 p.m. Friday.
The construction will affect the beltline from Poole Road to the I-40/440 interchange, which is exit 301.
The lanes will reopen at 6 a.m. Monday.
