CAMP LEJEUNE — A Marine captain accused of pushing his troops too hard is now charged with negligent homicide.
Victor Arana is accused of marching his unit too fast without enough breaks during a training exercise this summer.
Investigators say he caused the death of 21-year-old Lance Cpl. Giuseppe Leto.
The marine died after an eight-mile hike.
