FAYETTEVILLE — Police say a man was shot and killed while trying to hold-up a pizza shop in Fayetteville.
The man, identified as Sentell Seriveto Thomas, 20, reportedly entered the Pizza Qwik restaurant on Yadkin Road at 9:30 p.m Thursday and demanded money.
After Thomas left the restaurant, he was chased down by a restaurant employee, who shot him in the back.
Authorities are still investigating the case. There is no word as to whether the restaurant employee will be charged in the shooting.
