LILLINGTON — The Lillington Police Officer shot during a convenience store robbery last week is resting at home.
Officer Cedric McLeod was released from Duke Hospital yesterday.
He had been shot three times during a robbery at The Pantry on Main Street.
Three men have been arrested in the shooting.
Lillington Police Chief Hamilton Brown says more arrests could follow.
