ENLOE — A group of Enloe High School students brought home the gold Sunday.

The students returned from the Mid-South Regional Emmy Awards as proud winners.

The school's Eagle Productions won an Emmy for a documentary that put a different spin on the issue of teen pregnancy.

The winning documentary, "On The Edge: Dads and Kids" was researched, written and produced by the students. Their purpose was to see how teenages are as fathers and how their children are affected.

"I think it was an important subject to cover because that's something that's not usually looked at is the dad's point of view," said Taylor Erwin, one of the students who worked on the documentary.
