FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Prosecutors have not said if a deadly shooting at the VA hospital in Fayetteville is a death penalty case.

A federal grand jury indicted Arthur Charland Jr. Investigators say he used wrapping paper to hide the shotgun he fired to kill Linda Leviton in December.

Charland was supposed to be on medication for a bipolar disorder. He told investigators he was not taking it.
