CARRBORO, N.C. — There is more legal trouble for Carrboro's fire chief.
According to court records, Rodney Murray owes the IRS more than $55,000 in unpaid back taxes and penalties.
Officers arrested Murray for stalking on New Year's Eve. The warrant says the 57-year-old harassed a woman living at a Durham townhouse, despite orders to stay away.
Murray was arrested the week before on DWI charges.
