DURHAM — A 16-year old girl has charged that she was raped at a Duke fraternity party last weekend. The girl was visiting a friend on campus at the time.
The two friends went to a party at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon house, where the 16-year-old says she passed out from drinking alcohol and remembers very little about the attack.
Duke Police are investigating the allegations.
No charges have been filed.
