<b>GREENVILLE, N.C.</b> — A student from East Carolina University died this weekend after getting struck by a car in Greenville.

Paige Johnson, 18, told police at the hospital Thursday that she was crossing the street when a car hit her. On Saturday, she died from her injuries.

Police say 21-year-old Kristin Adams was driving the car that hit Johnson.

There is no word on if she faces any charges.
