RALEIGH, N.C. — A man was sentenced to 15 to 30 months in jail for an accident that killed five members of a North Carolina family.
Two years ago, Ejub Grcic ran a stop sign in Pennsylvania. His tractor-trailer hit a car driven by the Kerr family.
The wreck killed Kenneth Kerr Jr., his wife, Janet, and their three children died in the accident. The family was headed home to North Carolina.
