Cary Police Arrest Alleged Flasher

CARY, N.C. — Cary police believe they have arrested the man who exposed himself to a hot dog vendor.

Investigators arrested Edwin Alsie McCracken, 46, of Cary, on one count of indecent exposure.

According to authorities, McCracken was at Kids Together Park in Cary on Oct. 16 when he allegedly flashed a vendor working at a hot dog stand.

"As this arrest shows, we are dedicated to ensuring that citizens can safely enjoy our community's amenities," said Capt. Dave Wulff.

McCracken was taken to Wake County Public Safety Center Friday morning and later released on bond.
