RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police say a man visiting a high school was not there to learn much of anything.
Authorities say they spotted him smoking marijuana in his car at Athens Drive High School.
When they approached him, he ran, but not for long.
According to police, the man, who has not been identified, is either a friend or relative of someone who was trying to enroll at the school.
