RALEIGH, N.C. — A man who had a murder charge against him dismissed wants evidence supressed in another case.

Andrew Dalzell is charged with sexually exploiting a minor and identity fraud. His lawyer does not want a jury to hear about items seized with a search warrant.

Earlier in the year, a judge threw out Dalzell's murder confession.

He was charged with killing Deborah Key until the judge found Carrboro police tricked Dalzell into confessing.
