FRANKLIN COUNTY, N.C. — A funeral home has agreed to provide space for the Franklin County morgue.
The county morgue came into the spotlight when
Larry Donnell Green
was declared dead. Later, he was found to be alive.
Leaders say the morgue is often crowded and its location in the county jail is not ideal.
A local funeral home will provide space for six months. County officials are looking for a more permanent solution.
