RALEIGH, N.C. — Chapel Hill police say a serial sexual predator is off the streets.
Donald McCray was captured in Richmond, Va., Tuesday night. He is charged with rape, kidnapping and assault.
Police say McCray attacked three women in the last two months -- two in Chapel Hill and one in Durham.
In court Wednesday, McCray waived extradition, so it is up to Chapel Hill police to get him.
