SCOTLAND COUNTY, N.C. — Another factory is handing out pink slips, but they will be temporary ones.
According to published reports, West-Point Stevens is laying off more than 200 workers from its Wagram plant in Scotland County.
The reports say the company will re-hire the workers eventually, but it will not say when.
West-Point Stevens, who makes textiles, declared bankruptcy two years ago.
