DURHAM, N.C. — A Durham couple is accused of defrauding the federal government and investors out of more than $1 million.
Isaac Woods and his wife, Regina, turned themselves in to federal authorites in Raleigh.
Investigators say the Woods fabricated mortgages to get money from the government.
