Construction Delays Postpone Opening Of Fayetteville Tech Buildings

Posted Updated

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Construction delays are pushing back work on two buildings at Fayetteville Technical Community College, citing bad weather and unexpected problems for the slowdown.

The $3.22 million horticulture technology building should be done in September, not this summer, as planned.

The $6 million virtual college center was supposed to be done in June. Now, it is scheduled to open in August.
