<b>NASH COUNTY, N.C.</b> — The smell of cheesecake may soon be in the air in Nash County.

The Nash County Board of Commissioners approved an incentive package for The Cheesecake Factory to open a plant near Gold Rock.

The move will create 300 jobs by 2010 and 500 by 2012.
