RALEIGH, N.C. — A pirate is now the leader of the Wolfpack.
North Carolina State University junior Whil Piavis called himself "The Pirate Captain," during his campaign for student government president.
He received 58 percent of the vote after a run-off with fellow student Will Quick.
Piavis said he plans to get as many people as possible involved in student government.
