KNIGHTDALE, N.C. — The N.C. Department of Transportation will shift traffic onto the new bridge at U.S. 64 and the new Interstate 540 interchange between Hodge Road and Lynwood Road in Knightdale during the weekends of April 15 and April 22, weather permitting.
Crews will work between April 15 at 8 p.m. and April 18 at 6 a.m., to shift eastbound U.S. 64 traffic from the detour onto the new, permanent eastbound lanes on U.S. 64.
Next weekend, crews will shift westbound U.S. 64 traffic from the detour onto the new, permanent westbound lanes on U.S. 64.
